    Part 2: On multiple occasions my child has expressed concern regarding the driver (a woman described as in her late 30s with medium length dark hair) has pulled over only to satisfy her addiction to vaping. My child has stated that they were stalled for 17 minutes waiting for the driver to fulfil their unnecessary needs. This needs to stop as they are constantly around young children. Their attention was also taken off driving due to a phone call that lasted 10 minutes. Over all not impressed I will look for improvement

      Thank you for your review if you'd had phoned or emailed the office with your concerns we could have investigated and addressed them appropriately and also advised on the ongoing issues we have on this contract. If the late running your referring to was yesterday the bus was late due to a breakdown. The council was informed of the breakdown kept updated throughout the duration of the run and the children that waited for the coach was in school before the bell went. We have had lots of problems with the primary school children on this contract fighting, screaming, distracting the driver and topics of conversation that children this age shouldn't be talking about putting our drivers in a dangerous position. I have been working with the school to resolve this and installed CCTV cameras with microphones to all coaches to monitor the situation. I will download the cameras from the last few days and check what's been said to the children by our drivers and also to see if there are any issues with the children as none have been reported by my drivers. We currently have 3 female drivers including myself working for Unicorn Travel and none of them Vape and I'm sorry they certainly wouldn't be sat on the side of the road for 17 minutes vaping. All the coaches have trackers fitted to them and I can see exactly where they are at all times and what routes they have taken and how long they have been stood for at each stop, what speed they are travelling etc etc. If you wish to discuss this further please contact the office

    Dear Unicorn Travel, I am in disbelief with the astonishing lack of reliance this company provides. I have been told that one of the school busses arrived at a childs bus stop at 8:20 after we have been told to arrive at the bus stop at 7:40. This is not just a one off, this has happened multiple times in the past, and quite frankly I am sick of it this is affecting the childrens education and self esteem. I am also aware of the verbal intolerance towards young primary school children age ranging from 6-11. Hearing the words shut up! I will kick you off this bus if you say one more thing! Directed towards like I mentioned small children is unacceptable. These drivers are also causing havoc by picking up the children from school over half an hour late which is utterly ridiculous. These drivers (I shall not name) are ruining childrens confidence when they need it most. See next review for the next section of concerning behaviour (the worst)

    Andrew and Rhiannon were our drivers on a trip to London and the Royal Palaces. Both were extremely helpful, kind and good fun. They had time for everyone and nobody was rushed, we were a coach of senior citizens so their patience was much appreciated.

    Did the Italian riviera trip and our driver tim was fantastic he was helpful and polite and very funny. Always making sure everyone was OK and always helped the older amongst us got on and of the coach ok and kept me in coffee which was a definite plus.a credit to your company

    We went on a six night tour to the Black Forest in southern Germany with an outward bound stop in Wavre and an inbound stop at Reims. We had a fantastic time and fascinating experiences.We simply cannot speak too highly of our drivers Neil and Andrew. Their driving skills were impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble. Their good humour and friendliness gave a wonderful warmth to our holiday.

    Booked with Unicorn for a hen party pick up & return. Coach arrived on time & was immaculate. Driver was pleasant & friendly! Company was flexible when requesting earlier than agreed pick up. All in all, would highly recommend

    Great service. Punctual. Friendly staff and driver. Nothing was too much trouble. The minicoach was a new Mercedes one with comfortable leather seats, TV amd a really posh toilet that saved us having to keep stopping. Can't fault this great little family run company nor their great value prices. AA
