Very positive and easy experience. Visited DFS, SCS and Sofology and actually visited LSW as aast resort after Googling for sofas nearby and seeing the reviews. We found more sofa in LSW thar fit our decor than in all the other 3 combined. We.spoke with a young lady who didnt pressure us and was lovely. We bought a recliner (Niko sofa) and it was delivered in 3 weeks and set up. The price was really competitive. Well worth the visit.
