Excellent service from Empire Glass. They were super-responsive when I called and arranged a visit for the next working day. They turned up on time, were very professional and courteous and sorted the problem very quickly. They communicated very clearly and were very reassuring on whether the problem might recur and, if it does, what they can do about it. I can't thank them enough and I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any glazing needs. Highly recommended.

My experience of Empire Glass and Glazing to replace a blown window pane in a uPVC door was excellent from start to finish. Chris would often respond to my emails within minutes. Nancy was very friendly and clearly very skilled during the fitting. I cannot recommend them enough.

Great advice and service from Empire Glazing. We had a previously poorly finished and fitted mirror, they gave us several options on how to replace it and were very flexible in their approach. The final result was fantastic and their professionalism and service was top notch throughout.

Absolute pleasure to deal with. Out of 6 companies I got in touch with Empire glass was the only ones who got back to me. And Im grateful it turn out this way as I couldnt have asked for a better service. Responded to my inquiry at 10pm at night, early morning next day I had a quote, very reasonably priced, arranged a survey in two days and glass fitted very quickly. Everyone who I encountered at Empire glass was professional and provided a good customer service. Dont waste time shopping around, this is the company to go for....

Empire glass have fixed two of our windows when the locking mechanisms wore out. They provide an excellent, good value service. They're very straightforward to deal with - the price quoted at the start of the job is what you pay, and they clearly & quickly communicate information. The staff are also really lovely! I highly recommend them.

Great company, fast and affordable. Everything you want from an online glass replacement company. These guys delivered the 1st piece of glass within 24 hrs, unfortunately, i measured it wrongly. Great service from Empire. Steve did a great job changing frosted to clear in an awkwardly shaped and very old window. The communication with the office was clear and they responded extremely quickly to all queries I had. We are renovating and will absolutely not hesitate to use them again should we need to replace any more windows in the property.
