I've already posted a review for this tradesman. He solved a pervasive damp problem in an old extension, as well as renewing the whole house roof. He was fair and thoroughly professional. His team were skilled and gary took great professional pride in the work they did. He was recommended to us and we were very impressed with the quality of the work. You may possibly get cheaper but I don't think you'll get better.

Gary and his team have worked tirelessly on a complete renovation of a Victorian 3 bedroomed terraced house in Roath. His work has been exceptional and the previously dilapidated house now has a real WOW factor. Gary project managed the whole process as we are not local and provided us with details of excellent extra tradesmen where necessary for painting & decorating, carpets, kitchen and bathroom fitting. He also came up with good ideas and suggestions which we had'nt thought about for improving the property. His pricing was fair and honest, his work outstanding and communication excellent. Gary Bailey is the best - don't even consider using anyone else!

I employed the services of Bailey Building & Roofing Ltd to renew the original roof on my detached property. They were highly recommended by a personal friend of mine. The quality of their work is excellent. They worked on site every day over a period of three weeks. The daily on site management was of a high professional standard as were the materials used. Just had a terrible experience of water pouring onto our bedroom ceiling while I was at work.My wife did what she could in containing the leak until I arrived home.Shortly after part of the ceiling caved in.After a couple of calls to roofing companies who did not answer I reached Rob at 1st call who said they could come first thing in the morning.They promptly arrived as said and fixed a split in the valley flashing in a professional way.I don't know how we would have coped without Rob and his men during all the recent bad weather.Many thanks and would highly recommend.

after phoning various roofing company's who were to busy except for one who wanted £3.500 to fix my leaking roof i spoke to Rob from 1St Call Roofing who was recommended by a friend after explaining the leak to Rob he thought it was a broken tile this proved to be correct and the work was carried out for a fraction of the price by friendly workers who new what they were doing would recommend them to any one looking for an honest roofer.

I contacted 1st call regarding a guttering downpipe issue. They attended the same day and explained what needed to be done. The attended the next day and competently ensured my guttering was at the correct angle for the downpipe to be effective. Whilst there they noticed, and photographed, two broken slates on my roof. These were promptly changed the next morning They provided an excellent service at a good price. I will use the again for any other roofing issues

Contacted 1st call after a cowboy installed a downpipe which fell off the wall after 1 hour.....They came within a day and refitted . Extremely professional and friendly ,would not hesitate to recommend ...Thank you for restoring my faith in Tradesmen . Should have made 1st call my first call !!!

We called about a leaking roof in the morning and they arrived at the house by the afternoon to investigate the problem. We were provided with some options to fix the leak, and once we had decided which way to move forward they arrived promptly the next day to carry out the work. They completed the work efficiently and professionally.
