Cannot recommend Steve enough for what he did for us . Was in a bit of trouble with all the rain we have had recently and to discover we had a bad leak and very concerned of more damage happening to upstairs room . Genuine nice man to deal with, Steve turned up as arranged , near enough to the minute . I was interested in seeing and learning a little to where my leak was coming from . I totally understand no worker wishes to have their customer breathing down their neck, but Steve patiently explained everything and showed me the cause of the problem. He told me it was only a small job , to which he did there and then and actually offered to do free of charge . Absolute con artist. Steve goes up on roof but doesn't do any repairs. Had to ask him to take a photos but these were deliberately poor so couldn't assess work. Stupidly paid him and then discovered leak afterwards. He refused to refund any money and became very aggressive and threatening. Avoid at all costs!

He turned up as he said he would and was truly professional and honest. He found the leak and was very quick . He was more than reasonable with his price and cured our leak . We had lots of water coming in the bedroom, we found Steves number online and contacted him . He was actually on a roof at the time but had the patience to take time out to have a conversation. Within 1 day Steve shuffled a few job around and pushed us forward. If any further I need roofing works or any of my family do , we will never use anyone other than Woodford roofing.

Spoke to Steve whilst he was on a roof . He promised to call me back that evening, and he kept to his promise. He knew my job was urgent because the water was coming through. He managed in his busy time to get over and repair my roof . It wasnt the biggest of jobs but he did it quickly and stopped the leak. Im writing this as promised after the roofs been tested in a couple of big downpours. Good work by a good man . Recommend to everyone.
