Never responded back or answer calls...

Ian quoted me for a zinc roof back in March 2022. He was knowledgable and looked like he would do a good job. All seemed fine and he started work and mostly completed half of the roof. He said he had to finish another job and he would be back in around a week or two before finishing the other side. Its now April 2023 and the roof hasnt been finished and he has never come back. I had to get up on the roof myself as it was leaking in multiple places. He has repeatedly lied to me and has told me was always just about to come and finish it and every time its been a lie. This has caused huge problems for myself and my family none of which he seems to be bothered by. Im now having to take him to court.
