• Stuart has undertaken two lots of work for us. The first was an installation of a sky dish in our new house and the second was installation of an internet connection in two garden cabins plus a wifi access point. Stuart has done a brilliant job both times. He's professional, reasonable and reliable and has a lot of knowledge. • We required the installation of a new tv aerial and cabling, to include extension of services to our new loft conversion. The scope also included new CAT6 ethernet cabling to the loft conversion and installation of a new network link and new network point in the loft. I have to say, we had absolute top class service from Stuart. He is clearly very knowledgeable in this field and we had the confidence to just let him go ahead and plan everything and all at a competative cost. We now have a very neat solution that has extended internet and tv to the loft and banished our previous wi-fi woes. Our project was repeatedly delayed and Stuart came out multiple times. He's prompt, friendly, polite and knows his stuff and I can absolutely recommend using Waveform. We are extremely happy with the service provided. Thanks Stuart!

• Had a faulty aerial, Stuart came out quickly and diagnosed the fault (in the pouring rain) Stuart was totally honest and gave me several options to fix the problem. Decided to have a new aerial and cable run. Works perfectly now! Great service 5 stars

• I would strongly recommend this business. Prompt response to initial enquiry. Very knowledgeable and professional and cost was much less than I had expected or seen in other quotes. Everything was explained carefully and I was given time to consider the options. There was no sales pressure, just professionalism. A thoroughly nice chap who did an excellent job. • Superb company. Existing set-up was a satellite dish on a makeshift stand located on balcony and an alloy mast with rusting aerial. New steel mast installed, dish moved onto it and new aerial fitted. Arrived on time and discussed the details of the job prior to carrying it out. Very professional with regards to social distancing and wore PPE including gloves and facemask throughout entire visit. Very impressed.
