We really enjoy Chriss visits, he is lovely and friendly like a family member on a visit, but servicing the alarm. He is very dependable and always takes time to make sure we know what to do going out and coming home. His prices are very competitive very reasonable. But I know we are in safe hands. When I had a problem, Chris was able to talk me through the steps I needed to take, there and then on the phone, it was very reassuring. Last year Chris updated the alarm system on a house I had just bought & fitted new locks on the doors to bring the security up to the standard required for renting out my house. This year he responded promptly when the alarm needed its annual service. Friendly but professional & polite. I would certainly recommend Boss Alarms as trustworthy & reliable.

We had some other company's but we found him to be honest for what we needed. And what I mean is that the company's said we needed a new alarm when we didn't it just needed a service. And that was few weeks back and my alarm has been great.
