I have never used Halifax Security before and I just want to say that your engineer Craig did an absolutely fantastic job. He was courteous, professional, clearly knew his stuff and is a credit to your organisation. He was extremely diligent and certainly gave the impression that he wanted to solve our issues (no matter how long it would take) and he did resolve all the issues with our security system.
