• I've used Riverside Caravan Services for the last 2 annual services and found them to be very accommodating, efficient and friendly. Offering an evening drop off and collection to fit in perfectly with my schedule / after rush hour. I was new to towing caravans last year and I found they helped answer all my questions and worries prior to booking with them and hitting the road for the very first time. On arrival to the garage, I was treated with respect and helped with my first reverse park and how to safely unhitch my caravan. The services are throughout, value for money, and you get a full written report on collection. This year 1 day before I was due to set off on holiday my submersible water pump seized up and I called the garage for help and within an hour I met him at the garage, and he replaced my pump at 7pm in the evening. I highly recommend Riverside Caravan Services.
