• Well what can I say other than beyond expectations. Booked unicorn for a trip. A new, modern, clean coach arrived and smart presentable driver who couldn't do enough. For a small family run business they certainly exceeded expectations, so much so I won't use anyone else other than Unicorn Travel in the future. Booking process was simple, with kind and courteous office staff who took all the stress away, paying was a breeze and zero hassle as all. Thank You Team Unicorn

• I attend this bus every morning and evening with my peers we have witnessed verbal abuse and threatening behaviour and in school we have been told to use our voice and speak up about anything that doesnt seem right or fair and to stand up for a peers with disabilities I would not recommend this company if it was the last on earth, the busses are matted in gum and litter (pathetic) they turn the heating on when the outside temperature is 30c outside and dont bother in the depths of winter Im disgraced awful company and awfully attituded drivers AVOID AT ALL COST

• Hello there concerned parent in Wrexham here I have waiting for any signs of improvement yet to no surprise these bus drivers havent given any. Im absolutely furious with the lack of understanding towards children who clearly have additional needs. I have been told that my daughter has witnessed a poor child with special learning needs being verbally abused by every single non excepting bus driver. The child (which I shall not name) is now terrified of getting on the bus (which leads to attendance concerns). I am in utter disbelief that my previous comments have been disregarded pushed to the side and ignored. I am still noticing issues regarding stopping childrens transport to education to fulfill their unvital non beneficial needs, which involves vaping and phone calls. Overall I am EXTREMELY concerned regarding my childs safeguarding on this bus
