This allows design teams to judge the merits of proposed options in terms of the predicted internal environment, energy use and related costs, TM52, CBDM and CO2 emissions. As part of this service we can produce Level 5 Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) for complex new and existing buildings and systems.
