F A Vaughan Ltd provides energy and environmental consultancy to teams involved in existing and proposed building projects. In particular, we use Dynamic Simulation Modelling (DSM) to carry out environmental analysis to produce quantitative results on a wide range of issues. This allows design teams to judge the merits of proposed options in terms of the predicted internal environment, energy use and related costs, TM52, CBDM and CO2 emissions. As part of this service we can produce Level 5 Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) for complex new and existing buildings and systems. As well as UK projects, we are also able to provide services worldwide.
