We offer a fantastic range of free and fixed weights, a cardiovascular studio as well as numerous group fitness classes such as interval training, box-fit, abs blast, spinning and step - a class to suit everyone, whatever your level of fitness and ability. Studios are light, airy and spotlessly clean and feature four separate training areas, with modern cardiovascular and resistance equipment, you will be ensuring that you are working out in a great environment. The studios included, are a free weights area, a resistance machine room, a cardiovascular room and a group fitness studio. All of our trainers are friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable.
