Studios are light, airy and spotlessly clean and feature four separate training areas, with modern cardiovascular and resistance equipment, you will be ensuring that you are working out in a great environment. The studios included, are a free weights area, a resistance machine room, a cardiovascular room and a group fitness studio. All of our trainers are friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable.
