• A very thorough, professional & friendly service. Call handler was very helpful. Clearly explained charges. And that they'd call 10 mins ahead of the technician arriving, which they did. The technician (Sabin) arrived on time as arranged. I had a faulty lock which the technician carefully dismantled and fixed. Explaining what he was doing. I would definitely use again.
