A very thorough, professional & friendly service. Call handler was very helpful. Clearly explained charges. And that they'd call 10 mins ahead of the technician arriving, which they did. The technician (Sabin) arrived on time as arranged. I had a faulty lock which the technician carefully dismantled and fixed. Explaining what he was doing. I would definitely use again.

Outstanding service where others failed to help with an old set of gate locks. Rick was literally the only locksmith out of five or six that actually bothered to get back in touch about replacing my old gate locks. They were unusual and hard to find but Rick came through for us and i'll always mention his name when anyone asks about locks.

I called Rick out to repair some doors following a burglary attempt on our home where they'd broken the handles off the french door. We weren't sure who to call really for a french door lock repair but saw that Rick advertised a repair service. It took about half an hour to install new locks and handles and make the door safe again. Marvelous service and a really nice guy.

Broke my handle off to the bedroom door and got locked out of it. Ricks locksmiths came out and got me in and sorted out the bad handle for me with a better one. Really happy with the work he did and it wasn't expensive.

We needed three hinges replacing because the wind had blown the door back and cracked them. We called multiple companies that could not/would not come out to quote then we found Ricks Locksmith and sent him the pictures. Next day came out and replaced all of the door hinges and put the door back straight. Works perfect now.

Arranged a visit to replace the broken lock on our french door which had totally locked shut and was giving us a lot of grief because the dog uses that door normally. Rick got it open again, fitting a new mechanism for the old broken one. The door works really smooth now. I was happy with the work and the price charged.
