• The phone was answered pretty promptly and the young lady explained the procedure. There was obviously a wait but not too long and as promised they phoned me when they were 10 minutes away. He quickly surveyed the scene and even quicker opened the door - no damage at all. Payment was easy and I was more than grateful. Lesson learned!

• From my initial call to completion of the job was less than 3 hours. The receptionist was friendly and most competent, and the operative (whose name escapes me) was perfect

• Booking was easy, efforts were made to find us a booking time according to our work schedule, worker called 10 min before arrival, came within the expected timeframe , was polite, did his work quietly, explained the problem and fixed it.
