• Engaging and effective customer service. My query was handled professionally, and I was given an appointment very quickly. The locksmith arrived on time, was quick and efficient, and clearly explained the issue along with value-for-money fixes. I needed to repair a main door lock and also had a WC door stuck due to a broken lock; both were resolved promptly. Overall, the work was completed quickly and to a high standard. Highly recommended.
