darren repaired my heating for me. agreed the cost once he had sourced the part and even though it took him longer than expected he stuck to it . would use him again on my other rental houses . thanks.

rapid response to my call out over the weekend repaired my heating just as the weather turned cold. would use them again.

LDA, I can praise this company enough and would highly recommend them to anyone reading this review. Started off finding a slow leak in my bathroom. Everything soaking wet. I called several different companies who would not return my calls. Lee was very professional took my details. Got back to me an hour later as working at that time, made an appointment, came round, found the leak and problem. Got the parts, fixed in with in a short period of time. The cost was extremely reasonable, considering the work that this entailed. Being a women on her own with an elderly mum, I cant tell you what a relief it was to find genuine company, that care and put you first. Also had problems with the boiler to which Lee sorted over phone call late in the evening, so we had heating and hot water back on. A company thats genuine. Highly recommend.

Roger came to look at our gas fire which wouldnt light. He was punctual and efficient and gave the fire a good clean out. He was very knowledgable and gave good advice about servicing the fire. Altogether a very friendly and knowledgable engineer. Would definitely recommend using him.

Phoned Roger on 21st December as boiler had stopped working. He came round in the time he said he would. He managed to get the boiler working, he was very thorough checking everything out to make sure all was safe for us. We would definitely recommend him. Very polite.

Fitted a full heating system for me a few years ago. Started on Monday morning and by Wednesday afternoon the system was running. Superb service. Only problem is getting hold of him as he is so busy.

Mark came and installed us a new boiler when our old one had finally given up the ghost and he moved all the necessary pipe work for us and everything for us as we wanted the new one in a different place. Kirk has dealt with all my plumbing requirements for several years now......troublesome taps, urgent replacement of leaking radiators, installation of a new boiler and radiators and boiler servicing. He is always extremely efficient, friendly and helpful, if it's a matter of urgency he always attends at impressive speed, and even if it's something really minor I know I can rely on him to sort it out quickly and efficiently.

We were very pleased with the professional service and explanation we were given when we required a new gas boiler. The work was completed to a very high standard in a very short time and with minimal mess. The house has never been so warm and we cannot believe how quiet the new boiler is.
