Exeter is a City in the county of Devon, located a relatively short distance from Plymouth. As of 2014 Exeter had a population of around 124,000.

The area has ties to the Roman Era and is the site of a large fort that was built in 50AD. The fort covered an area of 42 acres and took the shape of a playing card when it was first built. After the withdrawal of the Romans, the area was converted into baths for civilian use.
