With the way things are in the roofing trade for materials etc I was pleasantly surprised by being kept informed about any changes to my delivery of tiles etc and by the very professional workmen and workmanship now that my roof is complete. Another great job done by Walter and his friendly staff. This is the third time in the last couple of years we have used W. B. Cunningham, this time it was some roughcasting on our gables. We always recommend them to any of our friends and I've only ever heard great things

We had a problem with the roughcast on the front of our house in that it was pourous and letting water through into the inside of the house and damaging the internal plaster work. I phoned quite a few companies however they either did'nt turn up or came out had a loook and then never came back. Walter came out at the stated time, identified the problem and gave what I consider to be a very fair price. As this was in November 2015 he advised that it would be better waiting until we had better weather as the roughcast required to be removed back to brick and reapplied. In May 2016 he came out and completed all the work. required. What a difference it has made. The colour match is very good to the extent you wouldn't know it had been done against the rest of the house. I am very happy with the work carried. He will be coming back out later in the year to repair my monoblock drive and some rendering on the steps at the rear of my house. Professional job done well.

Walter and his team came to change the height of my 2 chimneys, We found them to be very professional and polite, despite the weather they came when they said they would, very pleased with the job, would highly recommend Walter and his team, I will be using them again

Walter and his guys came and roughcasted gable-end of our house and cleaned up all the mess before leaving excellent workmanship I have no problem in recommending this company and will use them again in the future
