ELLAM LAND SURVEYS PROFILE Ellam Land Surveys was established in 1984 and registered as Elbane Limited by Granville Ellam and John Tutin who were work colleagues at White Young Consulting Engineers in Headingley, Leeds, and soon gained a reputation for carrying out accurate surveys and for providing professional services.
