Crown thin - is the thinning of the crown to allow light through the tree, which will also remove weight on larger limbs. Crown reduction/pruning - is to reduce the crown by a selected amount of metres, in a correct pruning method, this will leave the tree smaller, letting the light around it and leaving it a good shape. Crown raise - is the removal of the lower branches over hanging gardens, roads, footpaths, etc to a selected height. Branch/limb removal - is the removal of selected branches. Tree removal - is the take down of the selected tree(s) by section-ally felling it, which will be done by the use of rigging which will allow large or small amounts of brush or timber on ropes slowly over or around obstacles.
