It was such a shock when my 5 year old Sony tv broke down as I rely on it for entertainment. I rang Triangle TV & Adrian came within hours, loaned me a life saving tv having removed 40" Sony from a high wall bracket. He rang the next day with diagnosis, an accurate estimate & within a week the part arrived from Germany, was installed & my tv returned to the wall bracket. Extremely impressed with the speed of service, Adrian's knowledge & friendliness during this difficult time of Coronavirus. Thoroughly recommend!

Called to repair my Samsung TV and was very pleased with the service provided.

Triangle TV called to my house and repaired my TV and set up my sky box as well. Very pleased with the service.

Do not use this company. They picked up our TV hours after they should have. Never kept us informed as to the problem with it, we had to keep phoning them.

Avoid!! Fixed only 1 of the 2 issues with the TV (bought a month before form Argos). The high pitch noise was heard by the younger guy, and the older guy said he couldn't hear it, so didn't both fixing it that issue. They used a metal trestle on my wooden floor (not laminate) without laying down a blanket/rug and it has scratched the floor. I emailed them with photos and my complaint and they rudely responded taking no responsibly and ended their email with "we consider the case closed". Absolutely disgusting unprofessional behaviour from this so called 'business'. I am now left to pay for the damage they have caused to my property, at a cost that will be more than i paid for the TV!

Correct Services recently accepted my record player for assessment and possible repair. Although return took a little longer than anticipated, I would just like to say....... My record player had been dysfunctional for approximately 2 years but I could not dispose of it without taking one last chance of repair. They gave me that chance and......if not able to repair then I was happy that I would not be the one to discard my beloved record player. They do provide a collection service and, although not 100% as indicated, they do confirm a time slot on the day and deliver (collect) same day no matter what. Even when my player was booked for return it was obviously reassessed and deferred for further attention. They obviously are reluctant to return any equipment unless (in their consideration) it is as fully back in working order as can be achieved. They have given me my.......blast to my past back. I can not them enough for their service and I would certainly recommend them.

I left a blu-ray player with this company toward the end of September, and was assured the repair would take less than a week. Two weeks later, I called to see what progress had been made, and was informed that the engineer would call me back. Two further calls from me, and the engineer did eventually return my call. He explained the problem, the upgrades to the software required, and the cost involved, £90 less my initial payment of £30, a balance of £60. However, when I collected the item, I was asked for £92, considerably more than quoted. I complained, and the response was, that if I was unhappy, they could take the parts out. They could do nothing about the price, 'as they would be out of pocket'. - Actually, I'm the one out of pocket! Not exactly, good customer service or an adequate response. The repair, took three weeks longer than expected, the communication was dire, and the quote I received from the engineer was worthless. No apology whatsoever! - DREADFUL

Please do not use . I wasnt sure whether a con man or just an old man set in his ways but stupidly I didnt read google reviews of him I wish I had ! I had a similar and upsetting experience. He immediately asked for 140 pounds - when I questioned if it was definitely fixable in that time as I didnt want to throw money at an item that wasnt fixable he became very difficult and made me feel very uncomfortable. Very unprofessional. I grabbed my item and ran . Be warned and read the other reviews !

Took my Grandmother's wind up grammerphone to John for repairs and he did a fantastic job in getting running again, it was the first time I had ever heard it play properly. Thoroughly recommend John and his service. Sean

Rang John about our broken Panasonic TV - 14 years old and ahead of its time when we bought it. Diagnosed the mainboard as the issue and located a supplier. 5 days later hes back when the board arrived and installs the new board and we are back with a TV. An obvious expert who methodically problem solves. Highly recommended
