The practice was taken over by Mark Hutchinson MRCVS in 1998 and continues to provide exceptional care for you and your pets to this day. Unique in the Yorkshire area, The Dales Veterinary Centre is one of only a handful of veterinary centres in the UK to have access to laser surgery. Laser surgery involves the use of a carbon dioxide laser to vaporise tissue using a ceramic tipped handle producing a highly controllable sterile incision that causes less discomfort than the traditional use of a scalpel and scissors.
