Fitted a full heating system for me a few years ago. Started on Monday morning and by Wednesday afternoon the system was running. Superb service. Only problem is getting hold of him as he is so busy.

Paul came and did a professional job mending our leaking pipes. He was friendly and explained everything. However, he had to attend an emergency before our appointment, he forgot to ring and say. We called he apologised, and arrived soon after that. Brilliant job thanks.

Roger came to look at our gas fire which wouldnt light. He was punctual and efficient and gave the fire a good clean out. He was very knowledgable and gave good advice about servicing the fire. Altogether a very friendly and knowledgable engineer. Would definitely recommend using him.

Phoned Roger on 21st December as boiler had stopped working. He came round in the time he said he would. He managed to get the boiler working, he was very thorough checking everything out to make sure all was safe for us. We would definitely recommend him. Very polite.

LDA, I can praise this company enough and would highly recommend them to anyone reading this review. Started off finding a slow leak in my bathroom. Everything soaking wet. I called several different companies who would not return my calls. Lee was very professional took my details. Got back to me an hour later as working at that time, made an appointment, came round, found the leak and problem. Got the parts, fixed in with in a short period of time. The cost was extremely reasonable, considering the work that this entailed. Being a women on her own with an elderly mum, I cant tell you what a relief it was to find genuine company, that care and put you first. Also had problems with the boiler to which Lee sorted over phone call late in the evening, so we had heating and hot water back on. A company thats genuine. Highly recommend.

Mark was here within the hour of our call to help us with a blocked toilet at our work premises. He was friendly, genuine and gave advice with regards to an issue he couldn't help us with. Would definately recommend and will use him again in the future.

Called at 11.30, came out within 30 mins and fixed the job in under 20 mins. Great service and great price too. Called Mark out to repair a burst pipe on a Saturday night. Turned up within the hour and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Excellent service from a real gentleman. I could not recommend Mark highly enough.

andy fitted out kitchen, it was extremely out of date and needed a complete overhaul, he was on time, pleasant, and easy to talk to, nothing was too much, could not have asked for a better job, would definitely hire and recommend him to anyone!

Kirk has dealt with all my plumbing requirements for several years now......troublesome taps, urgent replacement of leaking radiators, installation of a new boiler and radiators and boiler servicing. He is always extremely efficient, friendly and helpful, if it's a matter of urgency he always attends at impressive speed, and even if it's something really minor I know I can rely on him to sort it out quickly and efficiently.

We were very pleased with the professional service and explanation we were given when we required a new gas boiler. The work was completed to a very high standard in a very short time and with minimal mess. The house has never been so warm and we cannot believe how quiet the new boiler is.
